Genecis is an early-stage, organic waste processing company that turns restaurant food waste into PHA (polyhydroxyalkanoates) biodegradable plastic pellets and fertilizer. PHAs are a type of high quality, biodegradable plastics which can be used to replace a number of conventional plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene.
