Inkling, Interior Design Show at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre

Experimental Project

An immersive installation, Inkling translates the silence and serenity of a snow-covered forest into a cottage living space that is at once elegant and inviting. The sculptural element resting on the floor of the interior resembles a glacier, but its inner lighting and central placement in the cottage call to mind a fireplace. The geometry of the glacier-fireplace repeats along the perimeter of the space, ensconcing spectators in its whimsical, undulating quality.
